Free cloud service for the communication of the housing company
Asoypalvelut is a cloud service that makes communication easier for the building manager, the board of the housing company and the residents.
What kind of problem was the project trying to solve?
The free and easy-to-use cloud service makes communication and management of the affairs of the housing company easier for the residents. As the activities become more efficient, users will save time and money. Additionally, the service will improve the transparency of the operation of the housing company.
Employees of the different city departments and agencies can also become users of the service. They can send messages to very strictly defined groups of city residents, for example, to the residents of one housing company.
The cloud service www.asoypalvelut.com is aimed at housing companies, all residents, building managers, service companies, renovation contractors and municipal authorities.
Objective: to test operation and join networks
The purpose of the project was to test the operation of the new cloud service with all different user groups and collect feedback on the usefulness and usability of the service. The objective was also to network and find new collaboration opportunities with different operators. The intention is to introduce the service in all of Finland and in future, it will be financed with advertisements displayed on the website.
