The experimental project of KTI Property Information is developing a data transfer solution which will automate the flow of information related to real estate investment and facilities management. The solution will improve the quality of the information and enable the smooth and secure transfer of information between the different parties.

Objective: Better flow of information will enhance business

The aim is to streamline and enhance the business processes of real estate investment and property management. Automated transfer of information between the different parties will improve the quality of the information as the amount of manual work and the number of errors will fall.

What is done in the experimental project?

The project defines and implements a data transfer solution that enables automatic and secure transfer of data between the different systems and between the different parties involved in real estate investment and facilities management.
The data transfer solution to be implemented will also be used to develop the KTI Online and interface services to boost the smooth transfer and use of data.

Who benefits?  

The data transfer solution enables the smooth and secure transfer of data according to what has been authorised, for example, between the owner of the property, manager, reviewer, buyers and sellers, finance providers and other parties.
